In front, a large garden equipped with tables and chairs, full of flowering and fruit plants. The private parking is adjacent to the house, a few meters from the entrance of the apartment.<\/p>\n<p>Nearby, in <strong>Bocca di Magra<\/strong>, a mooring berth is available.
